The only disappointing thing was the pool and hot tub both were open yet the water was filthy- brown water with a green rim. Otherwise extremely clean and today. The young lady working the bar, was an absolute hard working individual and nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming. Thank you

Check was quick , easy and helpful with room available from advertised time. Whilst room was old in appearance it was clean,tidy and decent size. Continental breakfast was good , wait staff were friendly.

We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend staying here. The ferry to downtown Hobart is a short walk to the jetty and the shopping centre at Rosny Park is about a 15 minute walk away.

"Erin’s house was a lovely, homely stop for us on our lap of Tasmania. The short walk to the local IGA was great. Be aware that road access is at the back of the property which is important when looking for the key lock box. We had everything we needed and would have enjoyed a longer stay."
